The 2024 season saw the Sunrisers Eastern Cape (SEC) win the title, defeating the Durban’s Super Giants (DSG) in the final. The Paarl Royals (PR) and Joburg Super Kings (JSK) made the playoffs, while the Pretoria Capitals (PC) and MI Cape Town (MICT) finished fifth and sixth, respectively.

Sunrisers Eastern Cape (SEC) – 2024 Champions

The Sunrisers were the dominant champions, finishing first in the league stage and crushing Durban’s Super Giants in the final by 89 runs to secure back-to-back titles. Their strength lay in their potent bowling attack (led by Marco Jansen and Ottniel Baartman) and their high-impact middle order (Tristan Stubbs, Tom Abell, Aiden Markram).
