The Orlando Pirates have undergone notable changes in their attacking lineup. While they’ve added promising talent like Oswin Appollis from Polokwane City and Kamogelo Sebelebele from TS Galaxy, they’ve also experienced significant departures. Zakhele Lepasa‘s exit and Monnapule Saleng‘s loan move to Orbit College represent substantial goal-scoring threats that need replacement . The retention of Relebohile Mofokeng despite interest from Minnesota United is crucial for their creative output.

Kaizer Chiefs have focused heavily on addressing their historical goal-scoring issues through strategic acquisitions. The signing of Etiosa Ighodaro from Mamelodi Sundowns and the loan acquisition of Khanyisa Mayo (son of Chiefs legend Patrick Mayo) from CR Belouizdad represent major offensive reinforcements .
